Sharron is a dual registered Kundalini and Chopra Centre Certified Yoga Teacher. She teaches at the Ananda Centre in Mojacar, Spain and also privately from her home Casa Nirvana (Feel Retreat).

Kundalini yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, which incorporates movement, music, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and mantra. The goal is to build physical vitality, increase self- awareness and to enjoy this fascinating yoga practice.

Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga
This very gentle and restorative Hatha based practice is for all levels. The sole purpose is to provide a safe, nurturing space for people to really let go, unwind, de-stress, relax, restore and learn the importance of self- care. The class is in candlelight and has a maximum of 6 people so everyone can fully enjoy the space.
One on one sessions can also be arranged.
Sharron is a Certified Davidji Master of Meditation Teacher.
Both private one to one and group classes are available at Feel Retreat especially for those who are new to meditation and would like to learn and develop this amazing self- help tool.
